Welcome to Springboard

You’ll have access to a whole team of experts from day one. Ace the curriculum, polish your resume, and watch the job offers roll in.

How to get started

1
Submit the application form found on the course page. It’s fast and free, and we’ll process your application immediately.
2
Get ready for a phone call. Right after you apply, an Admissions Team member will buzz you to discuss your background and goals.
3
Next, we’ll send a skills survey to figure out what you already know, so you’re starting from the right place. If you’re new to the field, don’t worry — we’ve got a plan for everyone.
4
Once we’ve determined your level and starting point, you just have to select a payment plan and start date. Then get ready to change your career.

Your mentor is your secret weapon

Mentorship is a powerful differentiator in professional success. That's why we’ve made it the focus of the Springboard experience. Your mentor is a working professional who will support you in everything from navigating tricky technical concepts to helping you apply for the right jobs.

Support that never stops

Online learning can be lonely. That’s why we’ve put so many actual people back into the equation. Aside from your mentor, we’ll assign you a student advisor who will help you stay organized to meet your goals.

You’ll also have access to teaching aids, community managers, and tech support to answer curriculum-related questions. Plus your classmates and former Springboarders on our very active community Slack channel to kick around ideas, or join weekly office hours.

Build a competitive portfolio
Our focus at Springboard is always on real-world application. We graduate students whose portfolios outcompete experienced applicants. Here’s how:
65% of your time at Springboard goes to hands-on project work as all our Career Tracks include mini-projects in addition to capstones.
You’ll complete at least one capstone project where you select the topic, or take on an externship, that ensures you stand out from cookie-cutter candidates.
Your capstone projects will be reviewed and graded by your mentor and your portfolio will be reviewed by our hiring manager consultants.
